In his surreal collages, San Francisco-based artist David King takes male pinups (like Scott Madsen, the original Soloflex poster boy) from b&w physique magazines of the 70s and 80s and transports them to surreal dreamlike environments where they meet and mingle with figures from classical and medieval art periods.
