A couple of months I came across an article in Good citing the book-buying habits broken down by generation. Turns out, people born between 1979 and 1989 accounted for 30% of all book purchases in 2011. More than any other generation, including those self-centered baby boomers with far more disposable income.
Hopefully we will continue to lead in becoming a literate nation and take our shopping purchases to independent bookstores, to help support small business in America.
